We sincerely thank you for choosing our services. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and memorable travel experience. Kindly review the following Terms & Conditions before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and prior confirmation from our team.

2. Payment Terms

For smooth trip management and booking confirmation, the payment schedule will be as follows:

20% Advance Payment

Required at the time of booking confirmation to secure the reservation.

50% During the Trip

Payable after completion of the first day of travel/service.

30% Final Payment

To be cleared before the final drop-off on the last day of the trip.

We appreciate your cooperation and timely payment support.

3. Package Inclusion & Exclusion

  • The package includes only the services specifically mentioned in the quotation/package details.
  • Entry tickets, monument fees, guide charges, hotel accommodation, meals, and personal expenses are not included unless clearly specified.

4. Vehicle Usage & Service Timing

  • Vehicle service is provided as per the confirmed itinerary and scheduled timing.
  • Driver duty timing will generally be up to 12 hours per day (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM) for a comfortable and safe journey experience.
  • Additional hours, extra routes, or late-night service may be available on request and may attract additional charges.

5. Additional Charges

  • Extra sightseeing, route changes, or destinations outside the agreed itinerary will be chargeable.
  • Additional service time will be charged at ₹300/- per hour.
  • Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, and driver allowance are included only if specifically mentioned in the quotation/package.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Advance payment once paid will be considered non-refundable after booking confirmation.
  • In unavoidable situations, cancellation requests will be handled as per company policy and management discretion.

7. Passenger Responsibility

  • Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respectful behaviour inside the vehicle.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be chargeable accordingly.

8. Delays & Unavoidable Circumstances

  • The company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather changes, roadblocks, natural calamities, strikes, or any unforeseen situations beyond our control.

9. GST & Billing

  • GST will be charged extra as applicable if a proper GST invoice/bill is required.

10. Luggage & Personal Belongings

  • Guests are requested to take care of their luggage and personal belongings during the journey.
  • Nakoda Tours and Travels Agency will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

11. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to Udaipur Jurisdiction only.

Confirmation of booking will be considered as acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
